Kirkland Signature Saute Pans with Glass Lids Sold at Costco Recalled by Meyer Marketing Due to Laceration Hazard

The hazard
The pan's tempered glass lid can crack, break or shatter, posing a laceration hazard to consumers.
What to do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled pans and glass lids and return them to any Costco store for a full refund. Costco is contacting its customers directly.
