Lifesmart Recalls Lifepro Brand Portable Mini Space Heaters Due to Electrical Shock Hazard

The hazard
The screws used to attach the back plate to the heater are too short and allow the back plate to detach when removing the heater from the outlet, posing an electrical shock hazard to the user.

The firm is no longer in business. The remedy is no longer available. Destroy and dispose of this recalled product.
