CPSC, Little Giant Pump Co. Announce Recall of Cooler Pumps

The hazard
The motor caps on the cooler pumps are not made with flame-retardant material and an internal electrical failure can ignite the cap, posing a fire hazard to consumers.
What to do
Consumers should stop using the pump immediately and contact Little Giant to receive a replacement cap and instructions free of charge.
