The hazard

The recalled digital color printers have an internal electrical problem that could result in electrical shock to consumers.

What to do

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled printer. Do not touch the printer or attempt to turn it off. Unplug the printer immediately by pulling the plug from the wall socket. Unplug the printer before locating the serial number on the back of the unit. Contact the firm for a free inspection and repair.
